Product introduction: the dental expansion screws are made up of straight legs, angled legs, screw, frame and adjustable legs. it is an intra oral orthodontic traction device for rapid arch expansion of the palate in the dentition orthodontics.



Product application:the dental expansion screw is only for correction of dentition malformation. the expansion spring was placed in the proper position, the expension screw is opened by rotating  helical foramen, and the correction was transmitted to the teeth and alveolar bones through the base plate in order to expand the width and length of the upper and lower dental arch.


Methods of use:

1. Standard expansion screw should be embedded in the plastic base to expand the bow.
2. For framed expansion screw, insert the short arm end of the four supporting rods into the holes at both ends of the expansion screw, and the long arm end should be welded in the preselected position of the tongue with ring in advance.
3. The expansion screw was placed in the median position of the maxillary palate of the patient's molds, and the palate was coated with wax. The arch expander was embedded in it, and then the corresponding plastic base was made, or it was made directly on the model with a room temperature solidified base material. The base is then severed from the center and inserted into the maxillary palate, rotating the screw and expanding the arch.
4. Clinicians should carefully check whether the screw expander is firmly installed.
5. Adjusting the Screw of expansion screw with Special tool (handle).
6. The dental expansion screw is a non-sterile instrument. It should be soaked in disinfectant for 20-30 minutes before use, and then sterilized by rapid dry-heat method.
