Product introduction:orthodontic weldable buccal tubes is made of stainless steel, used for orthodontic treatment. It usually welded with molar band,orthodontic weldable buccal tubes play a fixed role in the the orthodontic treatment.
Product specification: there are the first orthodontic weldable buccal tubes and the second orthodontic weldable buccal tubes.Among these two types, you can choose single tubes, double tubes and triple tubes, Roth, MBT, edgewise, convertible and non-convertible. According to the size, there are 0.022 and 0.018.

Product usage way: 
1.Choose corresponding orthodontic buccal tube according to different orthodontic techniques. 
2.it should be used with orthodontic arch wire, orthodontic bracket or orthodontic band.
3.Welded orthodontic weldable buccal tubes on to molar band with electric welding machine . The welding position should be determined according to the requirements of the clinician.
4. The dental buccal tubes should be checked before welding to see if it is close to the side of molar band, and if necessary bend the near middle wing and far middle ring with pliers
5.The dental buccal tubes should be soaked in disinfectant solution for 20-30 minutes. The disinfectant should be placed in a non-metallic container and then sterilized by rapid dry heat method.
