Large Spring: Large Loop for upper central incisors or cuspids (larger teeth). The Large Loop is for an .022
slot bracket and should be used with a 17x25, 18x25 or 19x25 wire

Small Spring: Smaller Loop is for lower incisors and smaller upper laterals. The Smaller Loop is for an .018
slot bracket and should be used with a 16x22, 18x18 or 18x25 wire
