Pure titanium or titanium alloy discs and square plates for dentistry.
The main products of our company include medical-grade titanium rods, titanium discs, titanium plates, titanium wires, etc., which are widely used in fields such as dentistry and orthopedics. We have a professional R&D technical team and have independently developed a set of internationally leading production processes. Our products have been exported to many countries such as the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Japan, South Korea, etc.
We possess more than 40 advanced professional production equipment, such as a centerless lathe with a diameter of 130 mm, a centerless lathe with a diameter of 30 mm, a centerless grinder, a 4500-mm atmosphere annealing furnace, a multi-roller straightening machine, a hydraulic press, a cutting machine, a water polishing machine, an ultrasonic flaw detection table, a marble testing platform, etc.
We have passed the quality management system certification of GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015, and strictly conduct production and product quality management in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system. We have obtained the national medical device production license (Certificate No.: 20240013) and the national Class II medical device registration certificate (Certificate No.: 20242170051). In the international market, we have relevant qualifications and certifications such as CE, FDA, and the ISO13485:2016 medical device system, and possess a number of invention patents for production process technologies related to titanium alloys.
