| Main structure composition | High accurate dental alginate impression material is a fine powder material composed of alginate, gypsum, diatomaceous earth, and pigment. The powder is uniform and free of impurities. The mixing ratio is: water: powder (20-25) ml: 10g. The mixing time is 30 seconds to 45 seconds, and should not exceed the specified mixing time of 1min. The total working time is 1 minute 15 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds. The average needle penetration value shall not exceed 0.25mm. The deformation recovery is at least 95%. The compressive strain value is not less than 5% and greater than 20%. The compressive strength value should not be less than 0.35MPa. |
| Instructions | 1. Under 23ºC greenhouse conditions, stir the impression powder and water at about 45° to make it uniform according to the water-powder ratio (20-25ml):1g). 2. Place the mixture on the tray within 1′30″ (including stirring time). 3. Put the tray into the mouth to take the impression, and keep the tray still before the impression solidifies. 4. After solidification, remove the impression from the mouth, rinse with running water, remove the remaining water, and immediately pour plaster. |
