Product introduction: semi-automatic dental alginate mixer(YMC 1) is used to mix alginate and gypsum impression materials when making denture models. It has characteristics of labor-saving, fast, well mix and less bubble.
Feature of product:
1. Speed of semi-automatic dental alginate mixer: low speed: 120 r / min, high speed: 250 r / min
2. Timing alarm, working time is set to 20 seconds, after 20 seconds of working, alarm lights flicker and beep to remind users to use impression materials as soon as possible to avoid drying and condensation
3. Overload stop working, When the external force over the motor overload, 3 seconds will automatically stop rotation, and then press the start key, start again.
Usage of semi-automatic dental alginate mixer:
1. Buckle the cleaned and sterilized bowl into the tray and lock it clockwise
2. Plug into a power outlet with ground wire, press ship switch, connect to power supply
3. Pour water and alginate impression materials into a mixing bowl to form a loose block
4. Put the knife in the mixture, press the start key, start rotating at low speed, and move the knife up and down along the inner wall of the bowl in the direction in which the bowl rotates
5. Repress the start button, start to rotating at high speed, and move the knife up and down along the inner wall of the bowl in the direction in which the bowl rotates, easy to stir, after 20s alarm lamp flicker, then warning tone every 5S, remind the user to remove the impression material.
6. Press stop button, semi-automatic dental alginate mixer stop rotating, scrape the stirred alginate impression material along the inner wall of the bowl with a knife
7. Rotate the bowl counterclockwise, remove the bowl up and clean
